Shipping & Delivery
All orders are availabe for shipment via UPS or delivery by a distributor sales consultant if you have one assigned to you.  Store pick up is only available at our Granite City location.

Returns & Replacements
All merchandise shipped from State Beauty Supply of Granite City is subject to the following sales return policy:
We will accept returns for full credit on account or refund on unopened, undamaged, unused products purchased within the last 90 days.  An invoice or receipt is required to receive credit or refund for any returns.  Products purchased more than 90 days ago can be returned for store credit only.  No cash refund on purchases more than 90 days old. Purchases more than 90 days old may be subject to a restock fee up to 20%.   If a customer wishes to return a product that they have used and dislike, they may return it for store credit only with a receipt within 90 days of purchase.   This does not apply to final sale items, appliances, and cosmetics.  Cosmetics may only be returned when unopened, unused, and in original packaging.  Used products cannot be returned after 90 days.  We will be unable to accept the return of products in outdated packaging, products with price stickers affixed, or products in damaged packaging.  Merchandise must be in original packaging and resalable condition.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL on combs, brushes, cosmetic brushes, nail items, clearance items, seasonal merchandise and special orders.  Additionally, electrical appliances and clipper blades must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be unused, in original packaging with instructions and all accessories.  Once used, these items cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturer defects covered by manufacturer warranty.  Manufacturer warranties do not cover dropping, misuse or failure to properly maintain appliance.  Likewise, manufacturer warranties do not cover buyer’s remorse.  Defective products may be returned for replacement.  Only one replacement will be offered during the life of a warranty.  Some restrictions may apply.  No credit or refund for defective products.  For details on manufacturer warranties on your particular appliance please contact us at 618-931-2122.
